So, you're interested in starting your very own DOT club?  Great!  Starting a DOT club is easy, but it's not for everyone.  Typically, the founder of a chapter is expected (but not required) to be the chapter president.  Make sure you have enough time to take on this very rewarding project.

Chapters (local clubs) must be sponsored by a hospital or medical center (i.e. the Paragould, AR club is sponsored by Arkansas Methodist Medical Center).  By having the club sponsored by hospitals and medical centers, opportunities for job shadowing and other similar activities are easier to come by.
